Sino-German pilot studies for a low carbon urban development : the City of Wuxi and the Düsseldorf+ Region ; objectives, key findings, conclusions

Both case studies have shown that technological solutions for low carbon development should be embedded in a well-developed institutional framework to foster their deployment and implementation.
