Transparency in the extractive industries : time to ask for more
- In this article, the author discusses efforts to establish financial transparency as a norm for the extractive sector. The paper resulted from a fellowship at the American Institute for Contemporary German Studies (AICGS) at Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC, in May and June 2013.
